4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. - P. Observed 3-compartment sink sanitizer registering at 50 PPM quat. After x3 attempts, it was discovered that the dispensing system is not providing adequate sanitizer concentration. PIC manually made sanitizer at proper concentrations of > 200 PPM. Staff been instructed to continue manually making sanitizer until repairs completed by CINTAS. ***3-DAY VERIFICATION REQUIRED. -1.5-
