3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. Observed sanitizer concentrations registering between 0-50 ppm quat. Sanitizer solution hadn’t been changed since last night. CDI - PIC changed with fresh sanitizer, concentrations read at 200 ppm. |
