3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. -Observed wet wiping cloth stored in soap water in 3-compartment sink. PIC stated cloth is used for washing dishes, and has been sitting in soap solution for one hour. Wet wiping clothes cannot be stored in a non-sanitizer solution when not in active use. -CDI- PIC removed wiping cloth from solution and placed in soiled laundry. -REPEAT- |
