Observed grease bin stored on grass beside of dumpster. PIC will work with building owner to have grease bin moved to paved location.
5-501.115 Discard items and litter stored in the waste areas and enclosures as they are not necessary to operation and maintenance.
Observed car tire, mattress, pallets and other household items in area around dumpsters. Dumpsters are shared use with other tenants in the building, and there is a large neighborhood close-by. PIC will work with building owner to address security of dumpsters to discourage illegal dumping. |
