5-205.11 (A) A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use Pf. Observed handsink in prep area near walk in cooler blocked by several boxes of food, PIC stated this was recent delivery that came in and was set down in front of sink. CDI- food product blocking sink moved into walk in cooler, no longer blocking sink. EHS discussed maintaining access to sinks at ALL times. |

3-305.11 Store food in a clean, dry location, not exposed to contamination. Keep at least 6 inches above the floor. Observed bucket of produce on the floor in walk in cooler. Observed boxes of chicken stored on floor in front of handsink. CDI- products moved up off floor. REPEAT. |
