Employee stated that bag belonged to a hotel guest. CDI-all ice emptied and machine will be drained, cleaned and sanitized. |

4-903.11(A) Store single-use and single-service articles to prevent contamination and at least 6 inches off the floor. Observed single service eating utensils stored unwrapped and in drawers that are soiled with food crumbs. Keep wrapped until put out for use. Also observed unwrapped coffee filters. |
