Observed no date on shredded cabbage, wonton mix filling, and egg rolls in the walk in. Observed pasta with date mark of 4/23. Employee came in to walk in and dated it 4/28. Employee stated that it was cooked yesterday. REPEAT VIOLATION VERIFICATION REQUIRED EHS discussed the need to properly date mark foods for when they are prepared and to ensure that date is provided throughout facility on all containers that the food is in. If date marking issues persist, and do not improve, a risk control plan or permit action will occur on the next visit. |
