4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed damaged cabinetry on the front prep line, and the door to the walk in cooler is damaged at the bottom corner. Needs repair. REPEAT. Also observed the shelves to the small front reach in cooler beginning to rust. Have replaced. DO NOT PAINT.
Also observed a leak coming from the corners of the front ice bin. The manager stated that the unit is missing a hose. Have repaired. |
