General CommentsPIC explains that items in the hot holding cabinet are poised to replace items on the service line as they run out; thus, they are not slated to be kept in the facility overnight. EHS agrees that all items which will be used or discarded within 24 hours do not require a date mark, however recommends PIC assess each item and apply date marks as needed; as exceptions have occurred, and items are occasionally kept for the next day, if supply at the service line was not depleted.
