7-102.11 Label working containers of toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers.-Pf Observed clear liquid in a windex spray bottle. Dishwasher stated this was bleach. Explained to properly label to prevent misuse. CDI - Bottle was relabeled.
7-201.11 Store toxic materials to avoid contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service/use items. -P Observed a jug of bleach and dish detergent stored on the drain board of the 3-compartment sink. CDI - PIC relocated the chemicals. |

Observed tune received frozen and thawing in the walk in cooler, without slits or removed from packaging. CDI - Provided education and PIC removed from packaging. |
