Speed rack of chicken wings and sesame fried chicken in WIC, that employees stated were cooked yesterday at placed into the WIC at 4 pm yesterday, were holding above 41F. 2 large plastic vats of lo mein noodles made yesterday holding above 41F. Bag of ribs and dumplings on shelf next to speed rack holding above 41F. Ambient temperature of WIC initially 45F. Other items throughout WIC holding 41F and below. Chicken wings, sesame chicken, ribs, dumplings and noodles voluntarily discarded.
