4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed ice machine with a missing lid. PIC had covered the ice machine in plastic wrap in order to protect the contents. EHS observed that staff is removing the plastic wrap enough to scoop ice then replacing the wrap. PIC stated that a work order has been placed for the unit. -0- |
