Observed no written procedures for hot holding pizza, wings, creamer, and pasta on time. Written procedures were found for hot dogs on roller. PIC believes it may be located in a different location. PIC will email me procedures if found or a time sheet will be filled out with the help of the EHS. I will return within ten (10) days to verify compliance of violation. |
