PIC stated that items are removed from walk in cooler prior to lunch service and held in beverage cooler near cash register until they are cooked and held on time. CDI - PIC returned items to walk in cooler to rapidly cool to 41F or less. PIC was advised to discontinue storing food in beverage cooler since beverage cooler lacks the ability to cool or maintain food at 41F. The beverage cooler is for beverages only. -1.5 points- |
