EHS observed several flying insects in the kitchen mostly in the dish pit area. EHS obsevred that facility had open-atmosphere doors open without the use of air curtains or fly fans.

EHS observed a leak from the AC split unit in dish area. Leak is being caught in a secondary container which is also leaking into the 3 compartment sink. Repair.

EHS observed rusting shelving throughout facility in lowboy coolers, racks in walk in cooler, and racks used to store equipment. Repair/replace.

EHS observed several damaged spatulas with pieces of plastic missing and damaged handles that left the item no longer smooth and easily cleanable.
