4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P Observed sanitizer dispenser not working properly as sanitizer in 3 comp sink was reading 0 ppm. Be sure to use available test strips to ensure proper strength sanitizer. CDI- Sanitizer tube adjusted and sanitizer observed at 400 ppm. All dishes washed earlier placed in 3 comp sink to be re-sanitized. |
