Discussion with PIC indicated facility not currently using TPHC on breakfast buffet items. Per Drury Inn policy, foods are to be maintained above 140F. PIC stated foods held hot and most do not last entire duration of breakfast hours anyways. Current breakfast hours are from 6am-9:30am.
