Use pesticides approved for use in commercial food service only.-Pf Observed disinfectant being used for prep top surfaces, and no sanitizer at the 3-comp sink. Facility does have a high temp dish washer for dishes, EHS explaiend they need sanitizer for wiping down prep surfaces. CDI-PIC explained to food employee disinfectant is for tables top only and sanitizer was added and was 200PPM by the end of inspection.
