Observed 2 drinks on or above food contact areas. Do not use screw top bottles, open cans, or sports cups for employee beverages to avoid cross contamination. Removed drinks and gave instruction. |

Observed consumer advisory with proper disclosures but without properly worded reminder. Printed a copy of the rule and discussed with manager. Spoke with corporate representative who said approval for menu was approved by Cindy Callahan with the state. She agreed to send a copy of the email which I will take for review. |
