4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed dish machine not dispensing sanitizer- chlorine sanitizer in need of replacement. PIC called EcoLab rep to check on sanitizer replacement and confirmed that sanitizer will be replace tomorrow. Facility will wash utensils in under counter dish machine and then sanitize in 3 compartment sink. Sink & surface sanitizer observed at correct concentration.
