4-602.12 (A) The Food Contact surfaces of cooking and baking equipment shall be cleaned at least every 24 hours. Observed moderate dark build up on the inside walls of ice machine and pink buildup on ice shield. PIC stated that ice machine was due to be cleaned today by facility and had already begun process of draining ice. |
