7-102.11 Common Name-Working Containers - PF. White bucket stored on cutting boards at prep cooler not labeled. White cloth stored in bucket. Operator Randy Vinson advised that liquid in bucket was water. Liquid in container smelled like Quat sanitizer. CDI- bucket was removed. Verbal correction to label all working containers of in use chemicals and even those buckets that contain water. Operator understood. |
