Observed 2 Door Standing RIC maintaining an ambient temperature of 47F. *CDI - PIC removed foods from unit that were prepped today or in temperature this morning (such as the Ribs, Rice, and Roasted Peppers) and placed them into the WIC. PIC voluntarily discarded Shredded Lettuce, Shredded Chicken, Boiled Eggs, Diced Tomatoes, Sliced Tomatoes, Cut Lettuce, Shredded Cheese and Cooked Wings.
