Any time employees change tasks, a handwashing and glove change would be needed. To reduce the amount of handwashing needed, facility may utilize one employee to handle all the raw egg cracking/prep as facility is constantly cracking and handling these eggs during breakfast service, and have other employees handle the non-raw protein stages of prep. |
