General CommentsEHS provided signage for employee health policy and handwashing. EHS reviewed permit conditions with PIC. Due to facility being a risk category II and having VERY limited space, facility is limited to cooking and cooling of 2 PH/TCS foods and all raw foods should be received in a RTE form. EHS observed that facility is cooking and cooling baked potatoes and chili prepared using raw ground turkey. EHS also went over proper transporting of TCS items from restaurant depot as items bought today were above temperature due to being transported in PIC’s personal vehicle. EHS advised PIC to remove any items not in use.
