Observed heavy cream in RIC under pasta station with no date. Observed lasagna in WIC dated 12/15 (discard 12/21). Per PIC, items in RIC were prepared yesterday. -CDI- PIC properly date marked items in RIC and voluntarily discarded items in WIC. -0-
