3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. Observed sanitizer buckets low, around 50ppm quat. PIC believes this is due to putting cloth in after filling bucket, cloth is soaking up some sanitizer and causing levels to drop. CDI- sanitizer buckets refilled during inspection, at proper concentration. REPEAT. Note: last inspection referenced towels on prep surfaces, this violation is due to low concentration of quat sanitizer. |
