4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf- *Observed - One metal container with dried food debris stored clean and bin used for clean utensils storage with a piece of diced cooked chicken inside. *CDI - PIC removed all items to be washed rinsed and sanitized.
