General CommentsEHS verified all clearly labeled and identifiable spices and herbs as approved additives. Further assessment remains needed of items without invoices, to be made on return visit. PIC was advised that items for retail sale packaged onsite may be labeled with only the establishment name, if product information is available upon request, and items are not for self-service. For this method, the foods must be stored in employee-only accessible areas, such as behind the counter, or in back of store.
