General CommentsSpoke with PIC about fermenting process of cabbage. Is following last directive given to him in 2022 to only wash and not core/cut for fermenting process. Last known visit regarding any mention of this process was 9/1/2022. This visit indicated MCEH was still awaiting a confirmation of this amended process from the state. PIC/ facility allowed to continue process as it is not cut leafy green at this time until further information is provided and permit can be amended.
