General comment 4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. - Observed a split gasket on a prep unit and on the walk in cooler. Replace gaskets. Observed a prep unit not working properly. Repair man is working on it currently and items they need up there are held on ice and the rest is in the walk in cooler. Verification required 3/3/2016
4-205.10 Ensure equipment other than toasters, mixers, microwaves, water heaters and hoods is ANSI certified or equivalent. - Observed a domestic refrigerator in the office area. Facility is using the freezer. Need to get an NSF approved cooler. |
