General CommentsFacility voluntarily closed due to refrigerations issues - 10 out of 12 units holding TCS foods above 41F. TCS foods with various prep dates. PIC voluntarily discarded products. EHS spoke with interim director of operations(Josh) via phone and informed of situation. Facility has no air conditioning causing ambient kitchen temp to run between 91F-97F and ambient temps of units (including walk-in cooler) to run between 41F-55F. PIC has contacted service repair company twice. PIC stated kitchen has been “sitting hot” for approx 2.5 weeks. Because of voluntary closure, facility is allowed to reopen ONCE EHS HAS BEEN CONTACTED AND APPROVED REOPENING. PLEASE CALL INSPECTOR (MIRIAM) @ 704-371-1589.
