6-501.114 Discard items and litter stored on the premises as they are not necessary to operation and maintenance. Observed chest freezer in storage room not working and will not be repair. PIC will have chest freezer removed.

Observed pair of ceiling tube lights with dust and debris build up near hand washing sink which is now becoming a light intensity issue. Replace tube lighting.
