General CommentsEHS left updated employee Health sheet also V&D poster. EHS checked ambient temperature of small prep unit, 44F. EHS notice that after taking temps of items( not TCS) right hand side of small prep unit all food items were 36 and below. EHS had facility to switch TCS foods to right hand side and non TCS foods switched to left hand side. After cooled down food was placed on right hand side food did keep temp. EHS will return in 3 days to check temps of food after RIC has been repaired. EHS did leave card for PIC to reach out if RIC has not been repaired by Monday. Switching TCS foods to right side is a temporary solution until small prep unit has been repaired.
