Observed prep cooler 3 with cut cabbage in make table at 50 degrees. Air temp inside prep cooler 1 appeared to be 48 with one fan in cooler appearing to not be operating. Air temp inside prep cooler 3 appeared to be 50 degrees. CDI- Foods that had just been placed in coolers 1 hr earlier were all moved to walk in cooler. PIC called for both coolers to be serviced. Will follow up that coolers are repaired, properly operating and cold holding.

CDI- Broccoli moved to walk in cooler, observed chilled to 41 by end of inspection.

Observed cracked and separating FRP and broken baseboard tile at wall corner next to water heater closet. Observed separating FRP around small window at handwash sink. Need repair/ replacing.
