In discussion it was found that a whole chub of gyro meat, which is partially cooked, is put back into the freezer for next days use. This product may not be par-cooked and then cooled down for next days use. It must be shaved down and fully cooked before chilling down for the next day. If this product came in fully cooked then this would not be the case.
