General Comment:
2-102.12 PIC shall demonstrate knowledge by being a certified food protection manager. Observed current manager’s certificates had just expired at the end of May. She stated that due to the pandemic the store has not scheduled any more classes as of now. She will look to see if anyone is offering virtual classes and exams. |
