5-501.110 Keep waste stored in receptacles so waste is inaccessible to insects and rodents. Observed large amounts of cardboard outside of receptacle in dumpster enclosure area. Per PIC, establishment cleans enclosure out monthly, but has had problems with illegal dumping and neighboring facilities using their cardboard area. EHS spoke with the PIC about potential pest harborages enclosure area can attract if not cleaned out more frequently as needed. Repeat.
