3-501.17 Date mark/label all TCS foods that are ready-to-eat once opened or prepared and held more than 24hrs. -Pf Observed opened container of hot dogs in reach in unit without a date label. Employee was unable to identify the date product was opened. Observed chicken wings dated for 8 days instead of 7 days. Chicken wings were on Day 6. CDI EHS discussed proper date marking and PIC voluntarily discarded hot dogs and labeled chicken wings properly. |
