3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. Observed metal cylinder holding wet wiping cloth tested at 50 ppm. CDI - PIC remade the sanitizer and is now at proper strength 200 ppm. Ensure to use cold water and utilize your test strips to ensure proper strength. -REPEAT- |
