3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. Observed in use wiping cloths stored in sanitizer at 50ppm. Manufacturer suggests between 150ppm-400ppm for proper concentration. PIC stated new container of sanitizer had just been switched over. CDI - PIC made new buckets of sanitizer with concentration at 200ppm. REPEAT. (0.5) |
