-Milk supply for Starbucks is procured from Targets main dairy cooler. -EHS spoke to PIC and staff present about moving opened milk cartons at the front to TPHC. Temporary procedures provided during inspection, as well as logs started, and 4 hour labels created. Official form for TPHC written procedures provided by email. TPHC for milk will be in effect immediately. PIC is encouraged to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns.
