3-302.11(A) Separate the different types of raw animal foods. -P Observed a raw pig hanging in the WIC touching a raw duck. Observed raw quail eggs stored over RTE boiled peanuts and bamboo. CDI-PIC had a food employee seperate raw animals and EHS moved eggs to the bottom shelf.

Observed dry good measuring cups layered with old food debris (mostly spices), needs to tremain clean. Observed meat tenderizer with grease build-up. Observed 3 plastic containers in the WIC with black build-up on the sides, stored over RTE foods. CDI-PIC took all items to be washed/rinsed/sanitized. REPEAT. |
