In flip top observed turkey at 45F from last night, at salad station lettuce from yesterday at 50F and pizza sauce on counter top 48F. CDI- Turkey was voluntarily discarded, lettuce was placed back inside walk in cooler because it was taken out of walk in at 12:30 and most likely out of temperature due to usage during lunch time and the pizza sauce was discarded. |
