COMMENT: Cardboard dumpster door noted open during end of inspection. Loose trash noted in the dumpster area, albeit from other establishments. PIC may need to hold conversations on shared dumpster clean up/policy to prevent point deduction as the dumpster area is under this permit. Keep dumpster, outside waste containers covered with tight-fitting lids or doors. Discard litter stored in the waste areas and enclosures as they are not necessary to operation and maintenance. Will re-evaluate at next inspection. |
