Observed employees could locate poster citing the symptoms and illnesses for the EHP but were unlabeled to discuss exclusion and restriction information which is not included on the poster. CDI - EHS discussed with PIC having employees sign the Employee health agreement after reviewing the information as evidence the employees have been trained on the EHP. PIC had forms printed and planned to have employees sign and review them. REPEAT.

Observed chopper for cutting dough stored behind handsink faucet. CDI - PIC removed items and took them to be cleaned. Items shall no longer be stored in these locations.
