3-501.19 Provide and follow written procedures for foods held using Time as a Public Health Control (TPHC). Clearly mark foods with begin and end times. All food not sold by the end of 4 hours shall be discarded. -P/PF Creamers being held on tphc with no time labeling sticker missing. Facility is also lacking tphc template for creamers and milk being held at time. CDI/VR- Milk and creamers were time stamped and EHS left template onsite for foods being held at time. REPEAT 2 points Will check in 10 days to ensure that the tphc documentation has been properly filled out. |

PIC stated that the fruits are washed upon customer request at the point of service. Ensure that all fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed prior to being sold regardless of customer request. |
