General CommentsNOTE: Facility has been vacuum packaging their fish. The fish comes in fresh. It is then cut, vacuum packaged and placed in a special -74 degree deep freezer. When the fish is needed it is removed from the freezer and thawed for 3 days in the cooler until use. EHS found a small batch of fish packaged in the deep freezer. All ROP items found were all sealed with 10k bags or hand wrapped with saran wrap. PIC showed EHS the other type of bags that are used. The other bags found did not have any indication that they were 10k bags. EHS advised PIC not to use the unidentified bag for ROP. EHS verified that HACCP and/ or variance is not required for the items. EHS will verify that 10k bags are still being used during ROP for next inspection.
