PIC explained they removed one by the WIC/dishwashing area. There is one by the bakery and around the corner in the front. Due to the building being permitted with the handsink, it must be added back in. Facility must have this done by the 10 day VR. VR REQUIRED 6/20/2022

Observed 10 batches of rice and chicken/broccoli mix in the WIC, made from 8:50am today in plastic containers, covered at 46F. PIC knew they needed to be vented, pulled in prep employee and explained. CDI-Food employee opened all containers to allow for the food to cool.
