Observed large bucket and small containers of sanitizer at 0ppm today- changed out during inspection so that it was maintained at 200-400ppm.
Be sure sanitizer is of correct concentration before using, use plenty of sanitizer, and recommend saturating rags with sanitizer before storing in container.
